United Faculty of Evergreen represents all faculty, regardless of membership status. Membership in UFE is voluntary, but by becoming a member you can support your union and vote on important matters and decisions.

We started implementing a more progressive dues structure based on income in Fall 2016. Below are the current dues for 2024-2025:  

• $75K and above = $1065 annually; $59.17 per pay period

• $60-74,999K = $894 annually; $49.67 per pay period

• $50-59,999K = $734 annually; $40.78 per pay period

• $40-49,999K = $523 annually; $29.06 per pay period

• Annual salary less than $40K = $322 annually; $17.89

As of 24-25, all faculty will have dues distributed over 18 pay periods. Adjunct faculty will see this deduction on every paycheck, while regular faculty will see no deduction on the first and last paycheck of the academic year.
